Merger of the Palumbo Group and the ISA Yachting company

Palumbo Group Spa of Naples won the liquidator’s call for tenders for the assets of ISA Srl Yachting of Ancona, a large shipyard in the sector of luxury yachts over 24 metres. Studio Di Capua arranged the transfer of the assets, the brand and the 101 employees. The new Ancona shipbuilding centre will extend over an area of 60,000 square metres. (La Repubblica)
