Arrangement with creditors of the SAME company

The Court of Milan approved the arrangement with the creditors of the SAME company (“Società Attrezzature e Macchine per l’Edilizia” – Construction Equipment and Machinery Company), a historic Italian brand for the production of formworks and structures for reinforced concrete used in construction.
