Studio Di Capua is a business consultancy boutique with offices in Rome and Milan specialising in business crisis and corporate restructuring as well as M&A and corporate consultancy transactions.

The firm employs four chartered accountants, two management accountants and an employment law consultant.

Our Team

Raffaele Di Capua

Born in 1973, qualifying from Bocconi University (Università Bocconi) Milan, Raffaele Di Capua is a chartered accountant and external auditor, as well as being a technical consultant for the Court of Rome.

Over the years, he has gained in-depth experience in the field of bankruptcy and pre-bankruptcy procedures, specialising in the corporate restructuring sector.

Accustomed to dealing with complex corporate scenarios, he provides his services throughout Italy in managing procedures such as arrangements with creditors or company liquidations. He has been responsible for arranging some of the most important Italian corporate agreements as well as for the restructuring of industrial groups operating both in Italy and abroad.

Silviano Altobelli
Accounting Specialist

Graduated in Economics and Commerce, expert in accounting and tax matters, he is the Accounting Specialist of the Firm. He deals with ordinary and simplified accounting of companies and professionals. Guaranteeing the integrity of the financial registers in accordance with the company needs and with the provisions in force on the subject, it responds to the customer’s ordinary requests and supports him in the preparation of the financial statements, in the related reports and in the preparation of tax returns, periodic and annual.

Cristina Ascagni
Business Service Specialist

Accountant, expert in relations with institutions (Revenue Agency, Chambers of Commerce, etc.), she is the Firm’s Business Service Specialist. She deals, interfacing with the reference institutions, with the completion of practices and services complementary to business activities. She also specializes in the research and selection of subsidized finance programmes, after careful analysis of the call, she supports the client throughout the procedural process, from the request to the final disbursement of the loan.

Claudio Baciorri
Accounting Assistant

Accountant, he is the Accounting Assistant of the Firm. He is in charge of maintaining ordinary and simplified accounting for companies and professionals, making general ledger entries. Included in the accounting team, he supports the department in managing various activities, including issuing invoices and credit notes from clients and recording invoices and bank transactions, as well as being involved in the process of closing monthly and quarterly accounting statements and preparing tax returns.

Laura Marzovilla
Office Assistant

Graduated in Organization and Marketing for Business Communication, she is the Office Assistant of the Firm. She takes care of secretarial, front office and back office activities and support for staff and professionals. In addition to contributing to the creation and improvement of relationships with customers and suppliers, she supports the communication team in the application of the communication strategy aimed at increasing the visibility and image of the studio, as well as monitoring and improving the online reputation.

Andrea Perlini
Chartered Accountant – Statutory Auditor

Chartered accountant and statutory auditor, he coordinates the accounting and tax activities, guaranteeing companies and professionals the correct keeping of accounting records and the preparation, by law, of the financial statements. Expert in “Patent Box” and taxation of intangibles (trademarks, patents, know-how, etc.), he strengthens the Tax area of the Firm, assisting the client in the planning, enhancement and protection of the intellectual property rights of companies for the access to the tax reward system.

Maria Concetta Trovato
Office Manager

Graduated in Business Administration, she is the Office Manager of the Firm. She takes care of all the activities that make daily operations work and contributes, through the scheduling of commitments and the planning of activities, to effective time management, guaranteeing and verifying the progress of the projects. As Head of the Administrative Office, she deals with invoicing, customer administrative management, contracts, compliance with privacy and anti-money laundering regulations.
